Damaged Products:
If a product is damaged during shipping it will be replaced with an identical product and shipped at no cost to the customer.
Product Returns:
A product may be returned at full price if the seal has not been broken on the product.
If the seal has been broken then the replacement value will be pro-rated according to the product remaining.
Exchange:
An unopened, sealed product may be returned and exchanged for another product of equal value. Shipping will be charged if mailed.
